Yes, we offer reliable home delivery within Accra. Simply upload your prescription through our portal or WhatsApp us, and we'll handle the rest. Standard delivery times are within 4-6 hours.
How can I refill my medication online?
You can use the "Refill Now" button in our navigation menu. Just enter your previous prescription number or take a photo of your medicine bottle, and our pharmacists will process it immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including cash, mobile money (MoMo), and all major debit/credit cards. Please note that we do not currently accept health insurance.
Can I consult with a pharmacist virtually?
Absolutely. Our expert pharmacists are available via WhatsApp or video call for consultations regarding dosage, side effects, and general wellness advice during our operational hours.
